Pump houses fail quietly. A standby genset that has not been load-tested in eight months is not a standby genset. We instrument the machinery behind flood mitigation so readiness is a number on a screen rather than an assumption — covering pump sets, gensets, penstocks, trash screens, and retention ponds.
For large portfolios, the risk is not a broken chiller — it is thirty years of deferred capital works arriving at once. We give facility teams condition data across plant, lifts, and risers so replacement can be planned against evidence and defended in a budget submission.
Unplanned downtime is rarely a surprise in hindsight. Vibration and thermal signatures usually shift weeks before a bearing goes. We connect line equipment to a single view of availability, performance, and quality — and to the maintenance schedule that should follow from it.
Transformers, switchgear, motors, and standby generation carry load until the day they do not. Continuous vibration, thermal, and power-quality monitoring turns a scheduled inspection regime into a condition-based one, and shows which assets can safely wait.
Non-revenue loss is measurable long before it is visible. District metering, pressure monitoring, and tamper detection localise loss to a zone instead of a network, and give billing teams readings they do not have to send someone to collect.
Fleet cost sits in three places: fuel, driver behaviour, and unplanned workshop time. Vehicle telemetry with engine diagnostics addresses all three, and gives insurers and operators the same evidence base to work from.
02How we deliver
We do not sell a pilot and disappear. The four stages below are how every engagement runs, whether it is one building or a national rollout.
We walk the site with your maintenance team and build a criticality list: which assets fail, how often, what each failure costs, and what is already instrumented.
Sensors go onto the highest-value assets first. We install, commission, and baseline — because a reading means nothing until you know what normal looks like on that specific machine.
Data flows into your existing systems, not just ours. SCADA, BMS, CMMS, command centre, or a plain reporting feed — whichever your operation already runs on.
Ongoing monitoring, calibration, and model tuning under SLA. Alert thresholds get sharper as the asset history builds, so the system gets more useful the longer it runs.
