Products

Two platforms. Seven products. One stack underneath.

Everything we sell runs on the same engineering core — our own sensors, our own gateways, our own cloud. What changes between products is the asset being watched and the failure being predicted. That is why a pump house and a chiller plant can sit on one screen.

01Flagship platforms

Built for critical public infrastructure

Two platforms carry the work we do with government agencies and large property owners. Both are asset intelligence systems: they do not just report a reading, they tell you which asset is degrading and how long you have.

SEDIAFlood & water

Sistem Evaluasi Dan Integriti Aset

Continuous condition monitoring for flood mitigation infrastructure — pump houses, retention ponds, penstocks, gensets, and trash screens. SEDIA watches the machinery that has to work on the worst day of the year, and flags the failure weeks before the storm arrives.

Where conventional telemetry reports water level, SEDIA reports readiness: whether the pump will actually start, whether the standby genset will actually carry the load, and whether the screen is clogging faster than the crew can clear it.

DERIABuildings

Diagnostik & Ekosistem Ramalan Intelligen Aset

Predictive asset intelligence for large commercial and institutional buildings. DERIA sits alongside an existing BMS or command centre rather than replacing it — it takes the data your building already produces, adds its own sensing where the gaps are, and turns both into a maintenance decision.

Designed for portfolios where deferred capital works are the real risk: ageing risers, chiller plant, lift traction, and pump sets that fail on a schedule nobody has written down yet.

02The iSmart suite

Seven products, one platform underneath

The iSmart family covers the sectors we have deployed in longest. Each product ships with the sensor set, dashboards, and alert logic already built for that industry — so you are configuring, not developing.

iSmartFactory

Manufacturing intelligence

Machine-level OEE, downtime root cause, and predictive maintenance across production lines. Connects to existing PLC, SCADA, and MES layers rather than asking you to rip them out.

iSmartBuild

Building automation

HVAC, lighting, access, and sub-metering on one console, with occupancy sensing and remote facility control for multi-site portfolios.

iSmartFarm

Agriculture & plantation

Soil moisture, microclimate, irrigation control, and fertigation scheduling across estates where mains power and coverage cannot be assumed.

iSmartTrack

Asset & logistics tracking

Location, condition, and chain-of-custody for moving assets — containers, trailers, cold-chain cargo, and high-value plant equipment.

GPS / LTE-MCold chainGeofencing
iSmartEnergy

Energy monitoring

Circuit-level consumption, power quality, and load profiling, with tariff modelling that shows where a peak-shaving investment actually pays back.

iSmartCarSpecialisation

Connected car & telematics

Vehicle telematics, driver behaviour scoring, and remote diagnostics. One of two areas where we hold deep specialisation and build our own hardware.

Smart metering & AMI

Electricity, water, and gas metering with automated meter reading, non-revenue loss detection, and tamper alerting. Our second specialisation, and the product with the longest continuous deployment history in our estate — built for utilities and large landlords who bill their own tenants.

03Common architecture

What sits inside every product

Four layers, identical across the range. It is the reason we can add a new asset class in weeks instead of quarters — and the reason your team only ever learns one system.

01

Sense

Industrial sensors on the asset itself — vibration, temperature, pressure, current, level, flow. Battery or solar where there is no power, wired where there is.

02

Decide

Edge gateways filter and score readings on site, so a dropped connection does not mean a blind asset. Failure models run against your baseline, not a generic one.

03

Alert

Tiered escalation to the people who can act — dashboard, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and integration into your existing ticketing or command centre.

04

Act

Work orders, maintenance history, and asset lifecycle records build up over time, turning each intervention into a better forecast for the next one.
